About The Recruitment Podcast Engine

Built To Turn Recruitment Podcasts Into A Content Ecosystem.

A structured production system for specialist recruitment brands that want every episode to work harder.

The process

Record → Edit → Publish → Clip → Promote → Grow

The Recruitment Podcast Engine takes each recorded conversation through a clear production workflow, turning it into a polished episode, platform-ready publishing, short-form clips and promotional content.

Marketing Evolve was founded by Katerina Christou to help specialist recruitment businesses turn expert conversations into content that builds trust, authority, audience and pipeline.

At the centre of the business is The Recruitment Podcast Engine — Marketing Evolve’s structured podcast production system for recruitment brands that want to publish consistently without managing every moving part themselves.

With over 8 years of experience, including work with KPMG and Nationwide, we combine strategic thinking, creative storytelling and a clear production process to help recruitment brands show their expertise in a way that feels consistent, credible and easy to promote.

For specialist recruitment businesses, trust is built long before someone becomes a customer, candidate or active buyer. A well-produced podcast gives your audience a reason to keep listening, learning and remembering your brand.

The Recruitment Podcast Engine supports the full post-recording workflow: episode editing, branded visuals, subtitles, titles, descriptions, publishing to YouTube, Apple Podcasts and Spotify, YouTube Shorts, guest clips and promotional content.

The aim is simple: to help recruitment brands turn each episode into a wider content system, rather than letting valuable conversations sit unused after they go live.

What our clients have to say

“The brand awareness has been incredible. Candidates and clients now mention the podcast in calls — one CEO even told me he’s watched every episode. It’s been a great way to build trust and position our brand in the market. We’ve built a process that works, from editing to distribution, and I completely trust Katerina with her side of the operation. It genuinely feels like a partnership.”

“I’m genuinely not exaggerating when I say people love what you create. I’m constantly told I should offer marketing for neurotech startups too, and I always end up pointing them in Katerina’s direction. The quality, consistency, and thought behind the work really stand out.”

The Recruitment Podcast Engine FAQ

Questions recruitment founders usually ask

A few helpful answers on how The Recruitment Podcast Engine helps specialist recruitment businesses turn recorded conversations into polished episodes, short-form clips, publishing assets and ongoing promotional content.

What is The Recruitment Podcast Engine?

The Recruitment Podcast Engine is Marketing Evolve’s structured podcast production system for specialist recruitment businesses.

It takes each recorded episode through a clear workflow: edit, polish, publish, clip, promote and grow.

The aim is to help recruitment brands turn expert conversations into a scalable content ecosystem that builds trust, authority, audience and pipeline over time.

Is Marketing Evolve right for my recruitment business?

Marketing Evolve works best with specialist recruitment businesses that want to build authority, visibility and trust in a defined market.

This is especially useful for recruitment brands in sectors where expertise matters, including life sciences, diagnostics, omics, neurotech, clinical, technology, SaaS, marketing, professional services, finance, insurance, legal, engineering and renewable energy.

If your business depends on long-term relationships with customers, candidates and industry communities, a podcast can become a powerful way to stay visible and show how your team thinks.

What does the podcast production process include?

The Recruitment Podcast Engine supports the full post-recording podcast workflow.

This can include episode editing, branded visuals, subtitle proofreading, titles, descriptions, YouTube publishing, Apple Podcasts and Spotify preparation, short-form clips, YouTube Shorts assets, guest clips and promotional copy.

The process is designed to make each episode easier to publish, easier to promote and easier to repurpose into consistent authority-building content.

Do you record the podcast episodes?

No. Marketing Evolve focuses on what happens after the episode has been recorded.

The standard workflow is built around remote-recorded episodes, usually through Riverside or another approved recording platform.

Once the episode is recorded, Marketing Evolve turns the raw recording into a polished, branded and publishable podcast episode with supporting clips and promotional assets.

Do you work with studio-recorded podcasts?

Studio-recorded or externally recorded podcasts can be supported on a custom basis.

Because studio files are often larger and may require a more manual editing workflow, they are treated separately from the standard Recruitment Podcast Engine process.

The standard system is designed for remote podcast recordings because it keeps the workflow cleaner, faster and easier to scale.

Where can episodes be published?

Episodes can be prepared and published across the main platforms your audience already uses, including YouTube, Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

Marketing Evolve can also prepare the written assets needed for each platform, including episode titles, descriptions, metadata and supporting promotional copy.

The focus is on making the podcast easier to find, easier to share and easier to repurpose into wider content.

Why should recruitment businesses use podcasts?

Recruitment is built on trust, relationships and market knowledge.

A podcast gives specialist recruitment businesses a way to show expertise through real conversations with customers, candidates, founders, operators and industry voices.

It helps your audience understand what you care about, how you think and why your brand is connected to the market you serve.

What makes Marketing Evolve’s approach different?

Marketing Evolve focuses on turning podcasts into a repeatable content system, not just a one-off episode upload.

The Recruitment Podcast Engine combines editing, publishing, short-form clips, platform copy and promotional assets so each episode has more value after it goes live.

Customers work directly with Katerina Christou, Founder of Marketing Evolve, throughout the engagement. That keeps the work close to the brand voice, audience and goals of each recruitment business.

Can you create clips from the podcast?

Yes. Short-form clips are a key part of The Recruitment Podcast Engine.

Marketing Evolve identifies strong moments from each episode and turns them into short clips that can be used for YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.

This can include hook titles, short descriptions, hashtags, tags and basic promotional assets to help each clip go further.

Do you still support LinkedIn content?

Marketing Evolve is now focused primarily on podcast production and promotion for specialist recruitment businesses.

LinkedIn content may still be included where it supports the podcast, such as turning episode insights into promotional posts, guest assets or short-form content.

New projects are now focused more clearly around podcast-led content rather than standalone LinkedIn content management.

How involved does a founder or host need to be?

The aim is to keep the process as light as possible for the founder, host or internal team.

Usually, the customer records the episode and shares the recording. From there, Marketing Evolve handles the editing, content preparation, promotional assets and publishing support.

Customers can review the final episode and clips before anything goes live, but the heavy lifting is handled for them.

How do you ensure brand voice and consistency?

Consistency is built into the podcast process from the beginning.

Marketing Evolve uses repeatable templates, branded visuals, subtitle styles, episode description formats and promotional structures to keep each episode aligned with the brand.

This helps the podcast feel professional and recognisable across YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, LinkedIn and short-form content.

What happens if we record fewer episodes than planned?

Monthly podcast packages are designed around reserved production capacity.

If fewer episodes are supplied in a given month, the agreed monthly fee still applies because production capacity has been reserved.

Where possible, unused production time may be used for approved podcast-related content, such as additional clips, promotional assets or repurposing previous episodes. Unused capacity cannot be banked indefinitely.

Does Marketing Evolve only work with UK businesses?

No. Marketing Evolve is based in the UK but can support recruitment businesses internationally.

The podcast process works well remotely because most episodes are recorded online, edited digitally and published across online platforms.

How long does it take to see results from a podcast?

Podcasting is usually a long-term authority-building channel, not a quick-win tactic.

Early value often comes from having stronger content to share with your existing network, customers, candidates and guests. Over time, consistency helps build recognition, trust and stronger positioning in your niche.

The results tend to compound when episodes are regularly published, clipped, shared and repurposed.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is structured around episode frequency, production slots and the level of promotional support required.

Ongoing podcast customers can choose a weekly or bi-weekly production package, with a defined number of monthly production slots.

Ad hoc podcast production may be available separately, but it does not include reserved monthly capacity.

What is the first step to working together?

The process begins with a conversation.

This allows Marketing Evolve to understand your recruitment business, your audience, your podcast goals and what support you need after recording.

From there, a clear proposal can be created around your episode format, publishing schedule, production slots and promotional needs.
