Lilly's Nails is a warm and friendly salon located in the heart of Enfield Town, Greater London, offering a high quality service including manicures, pedicures and massages.

THE CHALLENGE

Lilly's Nails were struggling to build an online presence and were losing a lot of customers to their local competitors.

THE SOLUTION

With most of Lilly's Nails target audience present on Instagram, they decided to use Marketing Evolve's 'Essentials' package. We launched an Instagram page in order to build brand awareness and attract new customers to the salon.

THE RESULTS

We launched Lilly's Nails Instagram Page on 12 September 2020. By 12 October 2020, exactly 30 days later we achieved the following results:

- 344 new followers who were all part of their target audience

- 10 new customers visited the salon after finding them on Instagram

- Each story we put up had at least 98 views
